Alfa Romeo Denies Warranty Repair

First time posting here on the forum. Wanted to share my experience with my '21 Stelvio that I purchased used just over a year ago. I realized that there was an issue with the driver front brake / suspension system a couple of months after the purchase. Took it to my local Alfa dealership and they were able to replicate the problem. The dealership and Alfa agreed that the issue was covered under warranty (factory warranty was still valid). The dealership and Alfa attempted to repair the vehicle for 7 months. They worked with the factory, with regional reps, tested similarly equipped Stelvios, and could not figure out the problem. I went through the arbitration process to try to get a satisfactory resolution, but that didn't work. After 7 months, the vehicle was returned to me without being repaired. Alfa said that they were going to continue researching the issue and let me know when I should take the car back to the dealership for repair. A couple of weeks later, Alfa said that they would no longer attempt to repair the car. I've tried calling Alfa Care for an explanation, but they keep telling me that the decision was made by Corporate and that there is nothing more that they can help me with. So sorry, go kick rocks. So much for a "luxury" brand taking care of their customers. The vehicle is still covered under the extended factory warranty, but Alfa will not honor any warranty.
